Data Analyst

Join NSD International, Inc. as a Data Analyst supporting the Cyber Data Operations team within ISDAD for GRC programs. This hybrid contract role is based in Jersey City, NJ (with occasional travel to NYC for stakeholder meetings) and runs for 6 months with the possibility of extension.

In this position, you will help strengthen the Cyber Data Warehouse (CyberDW) by analyzing data sources, shaping technical requirements, and preparing upstream data through careful scrubbing. If you enjoy turning raw inputs into reliable, business-ready data, this role aligns well with your strengths.

What you’ll do

• Gather and organize data from internal systems, spreadsheets, and reports.
• Analyze trends, patterns, and business performance using Excel and BI tools.
• Partner with stakeholders and data development teams to understand how data sources are loaded into the CyberDW for the GRC programs.
• Create technical requirements and perform end-to-end data scrubbing from upstream source systems.

What you bring

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret data in a business context.
• Effective communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Exposure to SQL and relational databases is a plus.
• Python is a plus.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
• An additional plus: understanding the GRC data space, knowledge of controls testing, and ability to automate controls testing types of projects.

• Pay: $58.00 per hour (USD 58 - 58 per hourly)
