Job Description

Remote, full-time and client-facing, this Data Analyst role helps law firm teams turn operational data into clear dashboards and reliable reporting. TechCow supports client success through dashboard development, data pipeline work, and reporting insights, with a focus on accuracy, documentation, and ongoing enablement for each engagement.

What you’ll do

  • Build and maintain Domo dashboards, reports, and dataflows to support client decision-making
  • Design, manage, and validate ETLs, including data extraction, transformation, and checks for data quality
  • Integrate data from legal CMS platforms such as Filevine, SmartAdvocate, CloudLex, and Neos, plus other business tools and data sources
  • Use APIs, data connectors, and relevant integrations to assemble reporting-ready datasets
  • Run client-facing meetings to gather requirements and present insights in a clear, actionable way
  • Translate legal workflows and case lifecycle stages into reporting structures that make sense for each client’s KPIs
  • Spot trends, inconsistencies, and opportunities in client data, then reflect findings in reporting outputs
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all reporting views and dashboards
  • Maintain documentation and provide support for ongoing client needs after delivery

What you bring

  • 2+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence, preferably in a client-facing role
  • Strong experience with Domo (required)
  • Proficiency in SQL and data transformation
  • Experience working with legal CMS platforms such as Filevine, SmartAdvocate, Neos, or CloudLex
  • Understanding of Personal Injury workflows, case lifecycle, and key performance metrics
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain data to non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple clients, and deliver high-quality work

Tools you’ll use

Domo, SQL, legal CMS systems like Filevine, SmartAdvocate, CloudLex, Neos, plus ETLs, APIs, and data connectors. The role may also involve analytics and integration tools including Python, CallRail, and Lead Docket.

Bonus points

  • Experience with APIs, data connectors, or advanced ETL processes
  • Experience with Python or other analytics tools
  • Background in legal operations or law firm environments
  • Experience working with marketing or intake data such as CallRail and Lead Docket
