Job Description
Tailored Brands is seeking a Data Analyst II to join the Enterprise Analytics team and illuminate the drivers behind KPI performance for ecommerce and merchandising. This role, based in Dublin, CA with remote flexibility, offers a salary range of USD 92,810 to 193,294 per year and focuses on proactive, forward-looking insights that guide strategic decisions and measurable outcomes across the business.
Responsibilities
- Analyze sales, inventory, and website activity to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Develop clear, concise dashboards using Power BI, Looker Studio, and Excel pivots to communicate insights.
- Construct forward-looking forecasts through statistical modeling.
- Present analyses in an accessible, interpretable format for both technical and non-technical partners.
- Collaborate with data engineering, ecommerce teams, and across analytics to share learnings, align methodologies, and adopt best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in statistics, business, merchandising, or a related field.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and querying.
- Experience visualizing insights in enterprise BI tools, preferably Power BI.
- Ability to use AI tools such as CoPilot and Glean to amplify thinking without replacing it.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Data Analyst II – Omni Analytics to join the Tailored Brands Enterprise Analytics team. You will play a vital role as a data detective, investigating trends behind KPIs to uncover the underlying drivers of performance. Working with merchandising and ecommerce teams, you will move beyond retrospective reporting to identify who is affected and what that means for the business going forward. Your proactive, forward-looking insights will guide, monitor, and measure key metrics.
Work Environment
- Ability to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods.
- Must have visual acuity, speech and hearing, hand-eye coordination, and manual dexterity to operate a computer and office equipment.
- Hours regularly 40 hours per week, from a remote office location as needed.
Work-Life Balance
