Responsibilities
- Lead performance analysis across affiliate, email, native, and display channels to identify trends, risks, and optimization opportunities
- Reconcile and validate data across multiple sources to ensure accuracy for internal reporting and client-facing deliverables
- Build and maintain dashboards and automated reporting tools to improve visibility and decision-making
- Develop forecasting models and ROI analyses to guide strategic investment decisions
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing, BI, and operations teams to support campaign performance and business insights
- Translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives for stakeholders, including leadership and clients
- Identify and implement automation and process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce manual work
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in digital marketing analytics, ideally across affiliate, email, native, or display channels
- Strong understanding of performance metrics such as CPA, CPC, CPM, conversion rate, and ROI
- Technical experience building dashboards and reports using tools like Google Sheets, Excel, Domo, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar
- Working knowledge of SQL, tracking pixels, tag managers, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
- Familiarity with marketing and partner platforms such as Impact.com, Google Ads, Outbrain/Taboola, Mailchimp, or similar
- Proven ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Experience with forecasting, profitability modeling, and performance optimization strategies
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
- A process-oriented mindset with experience improving workflows and implementing automation
