Responsibilities
- Examine marketing performance data to uncover trends, surface opportunities, and boost MQL generation
- Assist in shaping and deploying data-driven marketing strategies to meet business goals
- Assist with A/B testing and other experiments to optimize campaigns and site performance
- Create learning plans aimed at systematically improving website performance
- Design and maintain dashboards to track core metrics and deliver real-time insights to stakeholders
- Produce comprehensive reports detailing marketing performance and ROI
- Translate data analyses into a narrative that stakeholders can act on
- Work with marketing teams to align data needs and share insights
- Collaborate with technology and product teams to ensure data accuracy and accessibility
- Present complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Lead weekly and monthly reviews of marketing campaign performance
- Track actual versus projected sessions
- Track actual versus projected conversion rates
- Explain variances in performance attributed to marketing activities
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years in analytics
- At least 2 years in digital analytics
- Proficiency with data analysis tools including SQL, Python, and R
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media, and email
- Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
