Data Analyst

JY Legner Associates seeks a detail-oriented Data Analyst to bolster ERP management processes and everyday business operations through careful data aggregation, cleansing, analysis, and reporting. The role collaborates across multiple functions to convert data into actionable insights that drive performance measurement and strategic decisions. Based in Lexington, Kentucky, the position offers a hybrid work arrangement with on-site work required during the training period.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate, cleanse, validate, and analyze data across varied ERP management processes and focus areas.
• Create, maintain, and report on core business performance indicators (KPIs).
• Provide analytical support for financial operations and related business functions.
• Support material tracking and inventory processes with data-driven analysis.
• Monitor end-to-end communication activity to inform operational decisions.
• Support regulatory and customer reporting functions with data insights.
• Extract data from multiple sources to inform analysis and reporting efforts.
• Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights to guide strategic decisions.
• Offer analytical backing for a range of business initiatives and projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in data analytics, data science, or a similar analytical role.
• Experience working with Oracle.
• Experience working with SAP.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Experience gathering, cleansing, and preparing data from multiple sources for analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to translate data into meaningful business insights.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Education

Contract & Compensation

• Job Type: Contract
• Compensation: USD 42 - 48 per hour
• Contract Duration: Through December 2026, with potential extension/renewal based on business needs and performance
