Job Description
This role supports Ryder System’s operations team by turning supply chain and business data into actionable analytics. You will design business intelligence solutions using Power BI and partner across teams to deliver insights through dashboarding, querying, and descriptive and prescriptive analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Build dashboards by translating business needs into usable visualizations, interpreting integrated data, and communicating how results should be used to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to evaluate ad-hoc requests, assess priorities, and create new innovative analytics solutions.
- Coach and mentor upcoming product experts, demonstrating thought leadership across disciplines and domains to support consensus, buy-in, and adoption.
- Increase data maturity and improve data integration to standardize core value-add functionality and enable a multiplier effect.
- Challenge the status quo and support analytical product innovation, including the curation of new data sources to move beyond reporting and dashboards toward actionable insights.
- Act as a domain expert in supply chains, using knowledge of the supply chain ecosystem to guide how data is applied within business processes.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Experience developing BI solutions with tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or an equivalent field.
- 6 years or more of applied project experience, including demonstrating digital transformation and data management in an educational or project setting.
- 6 years or more of experience creating dashboards for diagnostic analysis across the business, including experience working in a cloud environment.
- 4 years or more in an individual contributor role as a key member of the team that others rely on.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business terms.
- Experience supporting product innovation by partnering with technology throughout build, test, and release using agile methodologies.

Compensation
- Pay type: Salaried
- Minimum: $110,000.00 per year
- Maximum: $125,000.00 per year
- Annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan may be available based on level and/or type.
