Womens Apparel Sales Data Analyst and Entry

Style Melody, Inc. is hiring a Sales Data Analyst to support daily reporting and accurate sales data management in the ERP on-site in Vernon, CA.

Responsibilities

• Enter and manage sales data accurately within the company ERP system
• Improve and maintain sales efficiency across sales operations
• Deliver daily analytical and operational support to help the sales team make strategic decisions
• Use Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools to perform extensive data analysis
• Monitor system rules and data flow to support data integrity
• Review and respond to sales team inquiries in a timely manner

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field (preferred)
• Minimum experience: 1+ years (experienced candidates preferred in sales operations, sales strategy, or data analysis)
• Recent graduates (0–2 years) and candidates with OPT status are welcome to apply
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including VLOOKUP, nested formulas, pivot tables, macros, and charts
• Comfort working with large, complex datasets
• Familiarity with ERP systems; Salesforce experience is a plus
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Preferred: Bilingual in Korean and English
• Experience in the women’s apparel wholesale clothing industry is a plus
