Responsibilities
- Review and validate records in the CLM system
- Verify contract metadata and key attributes
- Conduct data cleanup and quality assurance for contracts
- Reconcile contract information across multiple systems and repositories
- Assist with administration and organization of the contract repository
- Examine executed agreements to ensure data accuracy
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in contract records
- Maintain documentation and support governance and compliance initiatives
- Work independently through high-volume review and validation tasks
Requirements
- Experience with a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform
- Experience with contract repositories, document management, or records management
- Experience performing data validation, data cleanup, quality assurance, or reconciliation activities
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Comfortable reviewing large volumes of records and data
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
