Data Analyst - TS/SCI with Polygraph

Location: Annapolis Junction, MD (onsite)

Salary: USD 96,569 - 130,651 per year

Responsibilities

• Aggregate data from multiple systems, then clean and model it to support accurate analysis and reporting
• Analyze data to uncover trends, risks, lifecycle status, technical debt, and system performance across service areas
• Design dashboards and visualizations that communicate findings clearly to technical and nontechnical audiences
• Recommend improvements to data processes, data quality, and workflow automation
• Track and report asset lifecycle data, project standings, schedules, and metrics supporting operational and tech refresh activities
• Prepare datasets and analytical summaries to inform forecasting, planning, and leadership decisions
• Respond to data requests and RFIs across engineering, operations, and tech refresh teams
• Produce high quality analysis artifacts and contribute to enterprise reporting and visualization products
• Analyze patching, compliance, and vulnerability data to identify noncompliant assets, track remediation progress, and support reporting
• Generate weekly or monthly dashboards and metrics showing patch status, compliance trends, and security posture across systems and environments

Requirements

• Clearance: Active TS/SCI clearance with a favorable polygraph
• Experience: Senior Data Analyst requires a Bachelor’s degree in an IT related field or 8+ years of relevant IT experience in lieu of a degree; Principal Data Analyst requires a Bachelor’s degree in an IT related field or 10+ years of relevant IT experience in lieu of a degree
• Certification: Ability to meet DoD 8140 Information Assurance Workforce certification requirements
• Familiarity with Service Central
• Hands-on experience performing data analysis, data integration, data cleaning, and dashboard/report development
• Strong ability to identify trends, variances, technical risks, and lifecycle impacts across distributed datasets
• Experience supporting automation recommendations, process improvements, and data accuracy initiatives
• Proficiency with data visualization and reporting tools; ability to present insights to executives and technical teams
• Strong documentation, communication, problem-solving, and cross team coordination skills
• US citizenship required
