Temporary, remote, part-time Data Analyst position at Renton Technical College in Renton, WA, with approximately 10-15 hours per week from July 2026 through September 2026, and Washington residency required.
Responsibilities
- Respond to ad hoc data requests from college departments.
- Write and modify SQL queries to extract data from institutional systems.
- Clean, validate, and organize data for analysis.
- Create Excel-based reports and data files.
- Build or update Tableau dashboards and visualizations.
- Assist with institutional, grant, and other reporting projects.
- Document queries and reporting processes as needed.
- Perform other related projects and assignments as assigned.
Requirements
- Experience as a data analyst.
- Experience working with higher education data.
- Residency in the state of Washington.
- Availability for approximately 10-15 hours per week between July 2026 and September 2026.
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Proficiency in Excel-based reporting.
- Ability to build or update Tableau dashboards.
