Responsibilities
- Guide a multidisciplinary team of analysts, data engineers, developers, and data consumers in a fast-paced Agile environment.
- Oversee assessment, design, construction, and maintenance of scalable client platforms.
- Collaborate with clients to understand questions and data needs, digging into data-rich environments to locate key information.
- Provide deep data context and advise on how findings translate into mission impact.
Requirements

- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with data visualization techniques and tools, including Power BI, Tableau or Microsoft Fabric, and Spark or PySpark for data analysis
- Experience with structured data using SQL, R, or Python, data visualization software, and statistical analysis
- Experience analyzing data sets to identify trends and translate them into actionable insights
- Experience with statistics and statistical software, including Excel
- Experience in data validation and cleaning to ensure data quality and integrity
- Knowledge of automation and processes to create an efficient workflow
- Knowledge of applying statistical analysis techniques to large datasets

Compensation
The projected compensation range for this position is USD 77,500 to 176,000 per year (annualized).
